another day of EDUCATION

halo. got some interesting photos, so.... new post!

kay, this is about biology! what are we studying about? err... animal classification..

haha, reading about them is not enough. we have to go on a class trip to the nearby museum to learn more about these "phylum"s

ok.. we followed the class teacher to the animal attic, thats the place were the skeletons and stuff are.. and guess what we found?

a turtle shell!

its a perfect fit, seriously..

50 minutes later, we're out of that place.. a little wiser than before, we learnt that turtle shells are heavier than they look. makes you look at turtles in a whole new light

anywayy, i headed back to the common room to meet up with my english report team.

yup, i know what you are thinking.. pure geniusses.. did i spell that right?

teaching them malaysian english:"just put lah in front of some words!"

anyways, got to go, dinner time.

Farewell Mr Supervisor

hello everybody, Jin from nz again, since NOBODY ELSE WANTS TO POST ANYTHING HERE BECAUSE THEY ALL GOT THIER OWN FREAKING BLOGS.

Anyways.... our hostel supervisor is retiring, so... we decided to throw the bugger a suprise party!

1st we attached streamers to everything.....

these fellas are my housemates, some asian but speak like ang mo.. very weird..

especially this indian guy, abheek gandhi, he speaks like ang mo, listens to rap and imitates snoop dog haha..

he's a good guy, one of my close friends here

baked cakes!! ( they look nice but its really sweet, i cant stand it)

so, turned out the lights and waited for him.. when he popped into the living room, we all shouted like morons. pictures might get blur from here onwards due to hyperactive idiots knocking me with balloons while im taking pics.

the el nido family. not everyone living here though, some are missing, we cant find them.

oh and btw, i just got back from the indoor soccer competition, my team lost. hah. i tell you, if even half of the section 19 futsal gang were here, everyone else will get trashed. seriously.. we r waaaaay better than them guys!

one night of Hell!

Loud blaring music, flame throwers, burning barrels, people on roofs, cars, couches, alcohol, goat horns, jeering.. whats this? its the Jim Beam FMX!! oh yeah!!

for us non-kiwis, thats a motorbike stunt show lah, haha.

where was this? at the pub right opposite my hostel, at the notorious castle street. watch the local news, this street is known for drunks and violence.

started in the evening, continued well on into the night..
